This day "lived in infamy" as "The Day of the Eagle". This scenario represents just one of the many clashes along the Romulan Border during that fateful day.
2	Friday	Dogger Bank Incident	Grand Fleets	Majestic Twelve Games	Miniature	Daniel Kast	On the night of October 21, 1904, Russian warships misinterpreted signals from British fishing ships in the English Channel and opened fire. One trawler was sunk and three fishermen killed. For a time it seemed as if the world was on the brink of a true world war, should the current situation not be defused peacefully. This scenario presents a "what if?" situation in which the British Channel Fleet engaged the Baltic Fleet.

In this "what if?" scenario, the French have decided it best to make a run for it but were unable to make it to open sea before the British fleet arrived, leading to a true naval battle.
