DieCon 25 Refund Policy
DieCon Staff understands that there can be instances when things come up, or Plans have to change. Because of that we do have a policy in place for Refunding your attendance, or allowing it to roll to the next year. Please see below for the options available.
Attendees:
- Full membership refunds available until May 21st, 2025 for membership that has not been rolled over to DieCon 25 from a prior DieCon.
- May 21st – June 4, 2025 membership can be transferred to someone else that will be attending DieCon 25 or rolled over to DieCon 26 June 5-7 2026
In either case, attendee must notify DieCon HQ via email what is to be done with their membership by June 4, 2025.
Membership rolled over to DieCon 26 is a non-refundable membership fee.
After June 4, 2025 membership is not-transferable to other attendees or ineligible to be rolled over to DieCon 26, June 5-7, 2026.

Exhibitors:
- Full refund available until May 21st, 2025 for exhibitor fee that has not been rolled over to DieCon 25 from a prior DieCon.
- May 21st – June 4, 2025 Exhibitor fee may be transferred as a non-refundable exhibitor fee to DieCon 26, June 5-7, 2026.
Exhibitor must notify DieCon HQ via email by June 4, 2025 requesting their exhibitor fee to be rolled over to DieCon 26, June 5-7, 2026.
After June 4, 2025 Exhibitor fees are not transferable to DieCon 26.
