DieCon 2026 Refund Policy
DieCon Staff understands that there can be instances when things come up, or Plans have to change. Because of that we do have a policy in place for Refunding your membership, or allowing it to roll to the next year. Please see below for the options available
Attendees:
- Full membership refunds available until May 20th, 2026 for membership that has not been rolled over to DieCon 2026 from a prior DieCon.
- May 20th – June 4, 2026 membership can be transferred to someone else that will be attending DieCon 26 or rolled over to DieCon 27 June 4-6 2027
In either case, attendee must notify DieCon HQ via email what is to be done with their membership by June 4, 2026.
Membership rolled over to DieCon 27 is a non-refundable membership fee.
After June 4, 2026 membership is not-transferable to other attendees or ineligible to be rolled over to DieCon 27, June 4-6, 2027.

Exhibitors:
- Full refund available until May 20st, 2026 for exhibitor fee that has not been rolled over to DieCon 26 from a prior DieCon.
- May 20st – June 4, 2026 Exhibitor fee may be transferred as a non-refundable exhibitor fee to DieCon 2027, June 4-6, 2027.
Exhibitor must notify DieCon HQ via email by June 4, 2025 requesting their exhibitor fee to be rolled over to DieCon 26, June 5-7, 2026.
After June 4, 2026 Exhibitor fees are not transferable to DieCon 27.
